How Will A Subscriber Know Which Group Is Texting Them?

  • Begin each text campaign with the name of the group. This will help subscribers distinguish which group is sending which messages.
  • By default, the software will place the name of the group in the “From” field.

How Can A Subscriber Opt Out Of A Single Texting Group?

  • To opt-out of a particular group, a subscriber must respond STOP to that group’s message.
  • The software will opt out of a group based on the last received message.

How Can A Subscriber Opt Out Of All Texting Groups?

  • To opt-out of all groups within a texting account, a subscriber must respond STOPALL to any message received.
  • The subscriber will then receive a text confirmation to let them know they are no longer subscribed to any texting groups.

Are Compliance Messages Editable?

  • Compliance messages are NOT editable, but they are FREE.
  • Our years of experience in the compliance industry, relationships with the aggregators, and careful construction of our platform will give you confidence that any messages sent out from our software is for your benefit and protection.

How Can A New User Be Trained On The C2W Software?

  • First, make sure that any new users have been properly invited to your MBT account.
  • Secondly, send them to the C2W Platform Training Videos page for self-training.

What Permissions Does Each User Role Have?

  • For a full list of each role within the C2W Platform, visit the C2W Glossary and select the Users tab.

Which User Roles Can Add More Users?

  • Any User can add more Users of a similar role level or lower.

What Kinds Of Messages Count Towards The Monthly Total?

  • Both Inbound (including user notifications) & Compliance messages are complimentary.
  • Only Outbound messages such as text campaigns and keyword responses count against your total monthly message count.

What Is The Messaging Character Limit?

  • There are 160 characters in a single SMS.
  • Any campaign over 160 characters will begin to cost multiple messages per subscriber.
    • Features such as the character counter and a total message volume display will provide metrics that show Users how many total text messages a single campaign will cost once sent.

*Keep in mind that using emojis will reduce the character limit of a texting campaign.*

Can Outbound Messages Contain Media (Files, Docs, Pics, Etc.)?

  • Future releases will allow this capability.
  • In the meantime, we recommend hosting media on a web page and then placing the web page’s link in an outgoing text campaign.
